This website (this “Site”) owned and operated by ADMSS, Inc. (together with its affiliates, individually or collectively, “ADMSS”). Your privacy is important to ADMSS. We want you to understand how we collect, use, share and store your information when you use this Site. By using this Site, you accept and agree to the practices this Privacy Statement describes. Information We Collect

When you use this Site, we may collect and use personally identifiable information and other information about you. “Personally identifiable information” includes your name, address, email address, telephone number and other similar information that can be used to individually identify you, directly or indirectly, and that is not otherwise publicly available. Your Privacy Options

We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on this Site. These procedures may include, but are not limited to, facility access control, firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection, and Site monitoring. However, no data protection procedures are entirely infallible. As a result, while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee that it will be 100% secure. Your transmission of your data to this Site is done entirely at your own risk.

Third Party Websites and Social Media Features

This Site may contain links to third party websites (“Linked Site”). ADMSS provides these Linked Sites solely for your convenience, and does not control or endorse any of them. ADMSS cannot be responsible for the content, security, or privacy policies of such Linked Sites. By accessing other third party websites or applications through this Site, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. It is possible that other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different web sites when you use ADMSS’s Site.
Our Site may include social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button. These features may collect your IP address and the website pages you are visiting, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are either hosted on a third party website or hosted directly on this Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the entity providing them.

International Visitors

This Site is hosted and operated in the United States (“US”) and elsewhere in the world except Europe. It is not intended to be used by users in, or to offer products or services to residents of, Europe. ADMSS provides services to auto, truck, motorcycle, recreational and heavy equipment dealers around the world. As a service provider, we only collect and use personal information as authorized by our contracts with our clients. To exercise your privacy rights, please contact the dealerships or the businesses with whom you have relationships. These companies can authenticate you and provide information about the rights that you may have under CCPA or other applicable laws.
ADMSS does collect contact information from commercial customers and business professionals that will be subject to the CCPA in January 2021. We do not sell this personal information, but we may share business customer information with our affiliates and service providers. We may also disclose personal information to third parties for business purposes as permitted by the CCPA, such as to our auditors, for compliance or security, or in connection with mergers and acquisitions, or with consent.

Children’s Privacy

This Site is solely for use by businesses and by people who are at least 18 years old. By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We are not liable for any damages that may result from a user’s misrepresentation of age.
